TERMS OF SERVICE
* All Bookings Sumitted Must be Confirmed by a Return Phone Call or E-Mail
Indicating we are Available on The Date You Have Requested
* All Bookings Must be Confirmed by an Adult Parent or Guardian by a return
e-mail AND telephone call
* All Bookings Require a $ 50. non-refundable Deposit to be effective, balance is
due in cash or money order (no checks) at the beginning of your party
* Payments by Check Must be Paid In Full 1 month Before Event
* Song Preferences and Special Song Requests not in our Library must be
Submitted 2 weeks before Event
* Cancellation Results in Loss of Deposit
* Once Set up Has Taken Place on Day of Event, Full Amount is Due (regardless
of cancellation due to weather, power outage or storm)
* Locations Outside of OKC metro area subject to trip charge
* Locations requiring additional set up time (elevators, remote locations, areas
with difficult access) may be subject to additional charge
* Outside venues require shelter from rain
* Access to at least 2 three-prong plugs required
