I give you a 4 star rating on your services. I will gladly recommend Thunderbird Kaaoke & DJ to other folks. You were totally professional. I think I mentioned that none of us had experience with karaoke and we really appreciated you patience with demonstrating how everything works. The sound quality was great. Our folks who participated enjoyed it very much. The music slection was fantastic and I was thrilled to find the song I was wanting to sing, which was from the early 80s, as well as some of our folks who wanted to sing country. I thought we got a great evening for a very low price.
From the time I found your website to the end of our evening, the folks at Thunderbird Karaoke were very accomodating and profesional. I was in charge of most of the arrangements for a large meeting and I didn't need any hassles or headaches trying to make arrangements with someone who didn't know what they were doing. Our experience with Thunderbird Karaoke & DJ exceeded our expectations from the planning stages to the actual event. I didn't expect such personalized attention at such an affordable price. Our DJ met with us personally to plan the order of events, the selection of music, and all the technical details that made a huge difference in the sound quality of both the ceremony and the reception. I shopped around for several DJs before choosing and Thunderbird Karaoke & DJ provided the best customer service and the best price.

Thunderbird Karaoke & DJ went out of their way to make my son's wedding reception special. The evening was lively and there was never an awkward moment where something that was supposed to be happening... wasn't. There was always either music playing, an announcement being made or an activity being performed (i.e. special dances, etc.) that kept the event moving. We found out the day before our scheduled reception that the facility we rented had been rented to another party after ours. This meant we had to clear out our party in time to tear down so that the other party would have time to set up. This caused some urgency in fitting in all the music, announcements and activities. Thunderbird Karaoke & DJ was very flexible with their schedule and helped keep the reception moving on time in order for us to make our deadline without leaving anything out. This transition was very smooth and un-noticeable by all of our guests. This was important to the bride and groom's families, as this was a bit embarrassing for us to have to "rush" the reception as we were not aware another event was scheduled after ours or we would have booked the facility for 2 more hours.
Special Note: During the week of my son's recepton, my brother passed away and I was having to plan his funeral to take place before the wedding reception. I ran into a snag with he funeral home trying to provide the music for my brother's funeral. I contacted Thunderbird Karaoke & DJ and asked for their assistance in helping me provide a CD to the funeral home with selected songs I chose for the service. Again, Thunderbird Karaoke & DJ came through with professionalism and flying colors. They went out of their way to find the designated songs and download them for me in time for the funeral. I think this says a lot about the people at Thunderbid Karaoke and their willingness to be helpful and flexible while doing it all wth grace and finesse. I highly recommend Thunderbird Karaoke & DJ for any event and plan to use them in the future for other family events.

The service was everything decribed, plus some! You were extremely professional, great attire, very reliable and I didn't have to worry about a single thing when it came to announcements or music. You were also very good with dealing with our last minute changes in our itinerary. Job well done!
The sound quality was great. I never had a problem hearing the music or the words. I wasn't too loud either. The kids enjoyed the lighting and it created a great mood and really helped people get out there and loosen up.
I only heard great things about the reception. This was the one part of our wedding that went exactly as planned, a wonderful blessing for a stressed out bride and groom.
If I ever need a DJ service again I would choose Thunderbird without a doubt. DJ Adam was extremely reliable, professional and friendly. It was a wonderful working with him ... he took the hard work out of this part of the wedding. We really appreciated the phone call the day before to run back over the itinerary, it really took the pressure off of us to remember everthing and get it all done ourselves. Job Well Done!
