SUBMITTING BOOKING FORM DOES NOT COMMIT YOU TO PAY FOR EVENT OR CONFIRM OUR AVAILABILITY.
After you submit your request, please wait for an e-mail or phone call back confirming that we are available for your event. A $ 50. deposit is required to confirm your booking. Reservations for a particular date are on a first come, first serve basis depending on date of receipt of deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled. Government clients or school systems may pay on day of event by check based on purchase order with prior approval. Outdoor set up requires protection from rain or elements. Access to parking for unloading of equipment is required.
Payment of deposit or of total may be made ahead by check if received 2 weeks before event. If remaining balance is due, payment must be in cash or money order at the beginning of your event. DJs reserve the right to stop performance if safety situation to equipment or staff arises. NO CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT.
